Engr. Afe, Itiomemena Edwin  is a native of Amuokpokpo village in Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State.

He is a highly experienced engineer and administrator. He is an embodiment of knowledge and very passionate for continuing education.

A COREN Registered Engineer, Engr. Afe, Itiomemena Edwin is also a Technologist, a feat that has endeared him to an excellent productivity in both technical and management positions.

He attended the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti where he obtained the Higher National Diploma Certificate in Building Technology with Upper Credit in 1984 and subsequently attended the University of Benin, Benin-City where he bagged the Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) Degree in Civil Engineering (Second Class (Hons) Upper Division) in 2003 and in his quest for Higher Degree recently bagged the Master Degree (M.Eng) in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering in 2016, also from the university of Benin, Benin-City.

Engr. Afe, Itiomemena Edwin has over 29 years working experience in various Organizations and Government Establishments which include: Greenfield Engineering Consortium Limited, Effurun; Petroleum Training Institute (P.T.I) Effurun; Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), Warri as a contract staff; the State Primary Education Board (SPEB), now SUBEB, Asaba, where he left for College of Education, Warri on transfer in the year 2006 as a Civil Engineer I.

He is currently the Acting  Director of Works and Maintenance Services, College of Education, Warri.
